Ratanakorn Asset is, a Thai nationality, real estate company for over 30 years. The company has developed upto 17 property diversities where are mainly located in Pattaya, Chonburi, Rayong, some centre parts of Thailand through southern cities. It is strongly aimed to professionally provide services for accommodations such as housing, condominiums, commercial buildings, spaces for rent, retailing of flea markets of more than 5000 units in over 300 locations. Hotels, resorts, apartment, service apartment together with Citadines Apart' Hotels service residences branded by the Ascott Limited and 8 upcoming collaborations with the world’s leading hotel brand—IHG® are our hospitality service. In addition, over 224 hectare or 1,400 rai of land bank available to further development. All are continuously growing and announcing long customer commitment into modern world.
